Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes. You can bring your own equipment at no extra bringing-kit charge. Cineview also has over 400 items of equipment in house. Hiring suitable kit from the studio can save time and transport costs. Are dogs and children welcome?
Yes. Dogs and children are welcome, and Cineview is a dog-friendly studio. Please contact us before bringing dogs so we can discuss the practical arrangements for your booking.
Do clients need insurance?
Client insurance is not required unless the work involves fire or water. Contact us before booking any fire or water activity to discuss the necessary cover and practical arrangements.
Do we need to send shot lists or call sheets?
No. Shot lists and call sheets are optional; you do not need to send them before shoot day. You are welcome to share them if they will help the studio team support your plans.
Will our vehicle fit into the studio?
The published floor plan shows a shutter opening of 3.6m wide × 3m high. Send the exact width including mirrors, height, length and weight. The team must also confirm approach, manoeuvring and working space for your shots.
Can the car go onto the infinity cove studio?
Discuss the required position and background with us before booking. The team will confirm floor preparation, tyre protection, loading and any repaint or reset requirements in your quote.
Can we film with the engine running?
Discuss vehicle operation with us before the shoot. Do not assume engine-running, movement, stunts or special effects are included; we will agree a suitable operating plan for the production.
Which backgrounds are available?
The studio offers an infinity cove studio, blackout and green-screen setups. Virtual-production options can also be discussed for suitable shots. Availability, preparation and pricing depend on the chosen configuration.
Is there parking for the crew?
Free on-site parking is available. Confirm the number and size of crew, delivery and production vehicles with us so arrival can be planned.
Can we load large furniture or scenic pieces?
Yes, ground-floor access is useful for suitable large items. Send packed and assembled dimensions, weight and unloading requirements so the team can confirm access and the layout.
Can we pre-rig or book several days?
Ask about pre-rig, build and multi-day time when enquiring. Agree arrival, preparation, shoot and reset hours in the booking so you know how the schedule will work.
What should we send for a quote?
