What You’ll Do

• Break down briefs into budgets, schedules, crew requirements and deliverables, working directly with the studio founder and clients.
• Source and shortlist actors, models, presenters and other talent; coordinate casting, availability, fees and client approvals.
• Find and book suitable directors, photographers, camera crews, lighting teams, stylists, hair and make-up artists, art department and production support.
• Negotiate supplier and freelance fees within approved budgets, and agree scope before confirming bookings.
• Coordinate pre-production, call sheets, equipment, props, wardrobe, catering, transport and any additional locations.
• Arrange production paperwork, talent releases and agreed usage permissions, and coordinate risk assessments and insurance requirements with the appropriate specialists.
• Manage shoot-day logistics and communication, resolving problems while keeping the production on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate editors, retouchers and other post-production partners, keeping track of feedback, approvals, delivery and final costs.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience producing commercial photography, advertising, branded content or comparable campaign shoots.
• A reliable network of freelance crew, casting contacts and production suppliers.
• Confidence preparing estimates, negotiating rates, managing schedules and communicating with agencies and brands.
• A clear understanding of production workflows, talent usage and the paperwork needed to organise a professional shoot.
• A calm, practical approach and the ability to attend shoots at our Greenwich studio when booked.

How the Work Is Arranged

This is an ad-hoc freelance opportunity. Projects, preparation time, shoot days and fees will be agreed before each engagement; regular hours or ongoing work are not guaranteed.
