THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTION

Studio Manager
& Shoot Support

From your first enquiry to the final load-out, the Cineview Studios studio manager helps turn your production needs into a practical studio plan. Talk through the space, equipment and schedule with a team that knows the studio.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Your Idea.
Our Practical Knowledge.

A successful shoot starts before the cameras arrive. Tell our studio manager what you are making, the people involved and the working hours you need. We can help you compare studio setups, understand the facilities and identify the questions worth resolving before booking.

Whether you are organising your first student short film, a photography campaign, a music video or a returning brand shoot, you can ask straightforward questions. Bring references if useful, arrange a viewing and discuss how your production will use the space.

FROM ENQUIRY TO CONFIRMATION

Get the Details Clear.
Give the Day a Direction.

Choose the Right Space

Discuss the infinity cove studio, blackout, green screen studio or a constructed set. Check the dimensions and finish against the frame you want to make.

Plan the Working Hours

Allow time for loading, setup, pre-light, rehearsals, the shoot and packing down. For longer productions, discuss build days and keeping a set between booked sessions.

Confirm the Equipment

Tell us what you want to hire and what you are bringing. Check fixture choices, modifiers, grip, power and compatibility before the shoot.

Understand the Booking

Review availability and the quote together, including separately requested equipment, assistants or specialist support. Full payment is required to secure the booking.

THE STUDIO MANAGER ON SHOOT DAY

A Familiar Face.
A Useful Point of Contact.

When your team arrives, our studio manager can help you get familiar with the space, loading arrangements and studio facilities. Ask where equipment belongs, how to access the supporting rooms and what needs to be agreed before using the lighting grid or changing the studio setup.

During the session, raise a practical issue early. The team can help you work through studio questions, check available equipment and discuss a sensible next step when the plan changes. We aim to keep the conversation clear so your photographer, director and crew can concentrate on their work.

Specialist operating, gaffer work, extra assistants and dedicated production services should be discussed and confirmed in your quote. Tell us the support you need and when you need it.

SUPPORT THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

The Small Details.
The Extra Effort.

Before People Arrive

Discuss deliveries, access, crew numbers and the agreed cove finish. We can flag practical preparation that helps your team arrive ready.

When the Brief Changes

Need a different modifier, more time or another setup? Ask the manager. We will check what is available and explain any additional hire costs before you proceed.

For Clients and Performers

Find the makeup stations, changing space, green room and kitchen. Plan a comfortable working day for the people in front of and behind the camera.

For Repeat Productions

Keep the conversation going across shoots. Discuss regular content sessions, multi-day schedules or long-term hire so the studio plan supports the wider project.

The Final Take.
The Final Load-Out.

Build packing down and loading into your booked period. Before the last shoot day, discuss what needs to leave, any agreed storage and how the studio should be returned. The manager can help clarify the practical reset and departure arrangements.

If your project continues, talk through the next dates and any lessons from the session. We welcome an ongoing conversation with production companies, photographers, schools, universities and creative teams.
