START WITH THE PEOPLE AND THE PURPOSE

A clear message.
A considered shoot.

Whether you are introducing a service, telling a volunteer story or creating a fundraising campaign, decide what the audience needs to understand. Plan the main film or photographs first, then identify useful short clips and campaign crops.

Bring your production team and prepare contributors before the day. Cineview provides studio hire; filming, photography, editing, campaign strategy and participant support are arranged by your organisation or agreed separately.

PLAN AN APPROPRIATE SETUP

Make the production
comfortable and clear.

Simple interviews

Plan eyelines, seating, camera positions and sound checks with your crew. A minimal set can keep the focus on the speaker; arrange a recce or sound test where required.

Campaign backgrounds

Use the infinity cove, blackout setup or an approved temporary set for the visual approach. Bring your own graphics and props; confirm finishes and restoration in advance.

Contributor preparation

Use the green room, wardrobe and preparation facilities as agreed. Share mobility, arrival and private preparation needs before booking so practical arrangements can be discussed.

BRIEF · DATES · BUDGET

Keep the shoot
within an agreed scope.

Share the project

Tell us about your charity or community organisation, the campaign purpose, planned deliverables, crew size and preferred dates. Identify the person responsible for the booking.

Prioritise the coverage

Group shots that share a background or lighting setup. Allow time for contributors to arrive, prepare and take breaks, plus setup, tests and pack-down.

Confirm every cost

Set out your available budget and any flexibility on dates. Discounts are available for charity-organisation filming and photography shoots. Share your organisation, brief and preferred dates so the applicable special rate and terms can be confirmed.

Your organisation remains responsible for participant consent, safeguarding and permissions for campaign use. Confirm the studio quote, inclusions and booking terms. Full payment is required to secure the booking.
