A services contract records what the photographer and client agree to provide, pay and deliver. A model release records specific permissions for identifiable participants. The child form also prompts licensing and safeguarding checks. These forms are general starting points and are not solicitor-reviewed.
Check the intended purpose, jurisdictions, privacy arrangements and consumer or business context with a qualified adviser. Do not treat a signature as permission for unlimited use or as a substitute for a performance licence.
