Film & video studio hire · Greenwich, London

BEST PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
STUDIO HIRE
LONDON - UK

Show how your product works at Cineview Studios in Greenwich. Plan hands-on actions, presenter footage and close details with your production team, in a studio booking shaped around your demonstration.

Make the action easy to understand.

A useful demonstration shows the audience what to do, what changes and what to look for. Break the product journey into clear steps, then plan the camera angles and supporting details that explain each one. Share the products, crew size and practical requirements before booking. Cineview provides studio hire; scripts, filming, presenters, styling, editing and delivery are arranged separately unless agreed in your quote.

Plan the steps before the shoot

Write a short action list from preparation through to the finished result. Decide which steps need a wide view, a close-up or a presenter explanation. Rehearse the demonstration and check that the product behaves consistently before bringing it to the studio.

Presenter explaining a product to a camera

Give the presenter useful coverage

Allow time for clear explanations and natural alternative takes. Agree where the presenter looks, where the product sits and how hands move through the frame. Record the action as well as the explanation so your editor has choices; discuss dialogue and microphone needs before booking.

Get close to the details that matter

Identify buttons, textures, connections or hand movements that the audience needs to see. Check reflections, focus and readability with your camera team. Bring approved samples and packaging, and leave space in the composition for labels or graphics where your edit needs them.

Allow time to reset and repeat

Bring spare products, charged devices and any consumables needed for repeat takes. Keep notes on starting positions and actions between angles. Plan shorter versions and different framing while the setup is ready, and include cleaning, resets and pack-down in the hire period.

Allow working time.

Include load-in, styling, preparation, lighting, filming, resets and pack-down in your schedule.

Your written quote sets out hire hours, preparation and agreed extras. Full payment is required to secure the booking. Bring your own equipment at no extra charge.

Your studio hire questions.

Can we film a presenter and product close-ups together?

Share both parts of the shot list before booking. Allow for changes in lighting, camera position, sound and product placement. Your production team should plan the coverage and time needed for each setup.

Can our demonstration involve food, liquids or practical effects?

Discuss the materials and actions before booking. Send details of preparation, power, surfaces, containment and cleanup, along with any safety requirements. Do not assume a particular activity or specialist facility is available without confirmation.

Does hire include filming and editing the demonstration?

Studio hire does not automatically include a presenter, director, camera operator, sound recordist, stylist or editor. Bring your production team or discuss specific support; equipment, services, availability and costs must be agreed separately.
