Studio Hire London
Need a studio at short notice? Ask Cineview Studios about last minute studio hire in Greenwich, London, for photography, filming and content production. Tell us your dates, hours and setup so we can check what is possible.
START WITH A CONVERSATION
Your schedule changed.
Let’s check the options.
A location falls through, a client needs another product image or a filming date moves forward. Short-notice studio hire starts with a clear conversation about the space, time and equipment your production needs. Call for a time-sensitive enquiry and follow up with the essential details.
Availability changes and an enquiry does not reserve the studio. Same-day or next-day hire may be possible when the space and preparation are available. The team will confirm the hire period, agreed extras and quote before you book. Full payment is required to secure the booking.
THE ESSENTIALS FIRST
A concise brief.
A practical answer.
Give us the proposed date, arrival and departure times, crew size and whether you are photographing, filming or doing both. Explain your preferred background and the main equipment you need. Alternative dates or a simpler setup can make it easier to find a suitable booking.
For sound recording, vehicle access, large props or anything involving fire or water, tell the studio at the first enquiry. Share relevant reference images if useful. Shot lists and call sheets are optional; you do not need to send them before shoot day.

KEEP THE SHOOT ACHIEVABLE
Three decisions that
help you move quickly.

Choose the working setup.
Agree the background and lighting approach early. A straightforward product, portrait or interview setup may need less preparation than a painted cove or custom set. Confirm what is ready for your specific booking.

Confirm the equipment.
Bring your own kit or ask about available studio equipment. Specify the lights, modifiers and grip you need rather than assuming everything is included. Confirm availability, costs and any assistance before arrival.

Protect setup and pack-down time.
Build loading, lighting tests, changes and pack-down into the booked hours. Prioritise the essential images or scenes, and discuss extra time before relying on it. Overtime remains subject to agreement and availability.

ROOM FOR YOUR PRODUCTION
A Greenwich studio.
A flexible starting point.
Cineview provides approximately 2,000 sq ft for photography and film production, with infinity cove, blackout and green-screen options. Ground-floor loading and drive-in access can help with kit and props. Discuss access, dimensions and the working layout before bringing a vehicle or a large set piece.
The green room, hair and makeup area, changing facilities and kitchen support your crew through the day. Check the floor plan to see how your production could work in the space. If time allows, arrange a viewing before confirming. The studio manager can help you identify the practical questions to resolve.
Custom cove painting, set builds, unusual materials and larger lighting arrangements require preparation. Short-notice enquiries should include these requirements immediately. The studio will confirm what can be arranged within the available time and include agreed extras in the quote.
YOUR KIT OR OURS
Less transport.
More time for the shoot.
You are welcome to bring your own equipment at no extra bringing-kit charge. Cineview also has over 400 pieces of equipment in house, available to discuss and hire separately. Using suitable studio kit can save transport time and costs, particularly when your production is coming together quickly.
Send a focused equipment request with your enquiry. Include the lighting type, power, modifiers, stands, grip and any special requirements. The team will check availability and quote the items you choose. Photography, camera crew, operators and post-production are not automatically included in studio hire.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Last minute studio hire.
Your questions answered.
Can we book for today or tomorrow?
Ask the team to check availability. Same-day or next-day hire may be possible, but the studio, equipment and preparation must be confirmed. An enquiry does not reserve the space; full payment secures the agreed booking.
Is last minute hire always discounted?
No automatic last-minute rate is promised. The team will quote your dates, hours and agreed requirements. Tell us your budget and alternatives so suitable options can be discussed.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes. Bring your own kit at no extra bringing-kit charge. Cineview also has over 400 pieces of in-house equipment available to discuss and hire separately, which can help save transport time and costs.
Are dogs and children allowed?
Yes. Cineview is a dog-friendly studio, and dogs and children are allowed. Contact the team before bringing a dog so arrangements can be discussed.
Do clients need insurance?
Client insurance is not required unless the work involves fire or water. Contact the studio in advance about either activity so suitable arrangements can be agreed.
Do we need to send shot lists or call sheets?
No. Shot lists and call sheets are optional and do not need to be sent before the shoot. Share them if useful, and discuss unusual requirements at the first enquiry.
Are student and charity discounts available?
Discounts are available for student and charity photography and filming. Mention your project when enquiring. Colleges, universities and film schools can also discuss special rates and longer-term studio arrangements.
Can we extend our shoot?
Discuss additional hours with the team. Extensions depend on availability and agreement, including any extra charges. Plan setup, filming or photography and pack-down within the confirmed hire period.
