Studio Hire for
Returning Clients
London

Make the next shoot easier to plan. Bring your previous references, explain what has changed and check your next dates at Cineview Studios in Greenwich.

BUILD ON THE LAST SHOOT

A familiar space.
A fresh production plan.

Returning to the same studio can help your team plan a continuing campaign, product range or content series. Start with the reference images and notes from the last session, then identify what the next brief needs.

Send the previous shoot date or project name with your enquiry. Confirm the current facilities, equipment and booking requirements rather than assuming every detail of an earlier hire carries over.

REFERENCE · RESET · REFINE

Match what matters.
Update what has changed.

Keep a practical record of the setup so your crew can rebuild it. These production photographs illustrate repeat-shoot planning; Cineview’s gallery shows our actual studio and previous setups.

A CONTINUING CAMPAIGN OR CONTENT SERIES

Plan the next session
around a useful shot list.

Repeatable coverage.

Group shots that share a background, lighting or camera position. Capture the consistent catalogue views first, then plan campaign variations, close-ups and motion clips.

Clear client approvals.

Use a reference from the previous session as the agreed starting point. Identify who approves changes and bring the tethering or monitoring arrangement your production needs.

Time for the new work.

Allow for setup, tests, reviews, resets and pack-down. A familiar studio does not remove the preparation needed for a new set, larger team or more ambitious brief.

DATES · EQUIPMENT · ACCESS

Confirm the next booking
before finalising the call sheet.

Share preferred dates.

Send your preferred shoot date, alternatives and working hours. If you are planning several sessions, discuss the proposed schedule. Each date depends on current availability and agreement.

Check equipment and sets.

Confirm which kit you will bring and any separately hired equipment. Scenery from a previous shoot is not automatically retained; discuss rebuilds, storage and access in advance.

Confirm the quote.

Explain the current scope, crew numbers and preparation time. Repeat bookings follow the confirmed quote and terms for that hire. Full payment is required to secure the booking.

For matching sound or movement across a series, review the recording requirements with your own crew. Arrange a viewing or sound test when the new brief calls for it.

Your questions answered.

How do we arrange another studio booking?

Use the availability form below and include your previous shoot date or project name, preferred new dates, working hours and current requirements.

Can we recreate our previous lighting setup?

Bring reference images, camera settings and a lighting diagram. Confirm equipment availability and allow time for the crew to rebuild and test the setup; an exact match depends on the production details.

Are our old set and props still available?

Do not assume that scenery or equipment from an earlier booking remains in place. Discuss any stored items or set rebuild with Cineview before planning the next shoot.

Can we plan a series of bookings?

Send the proposed dates and the requirements for each session. Availability and terms must be confirmed for the schedule; dates are not automatically reserved between shoots.

Does a previous quote apply to the next shoot?

Confirm a new quote for the current dates and scope. Equipment, working hours, sets and additional requirements may differ from the previous production.
