Studio & Lighting
Packages London
Plan the space and the light together. Tell Cineview Studios what you want to shoot, then agree the studio time, lighting and accessories that fit your production in Greenwich.
Choose the look.
Plan the kit.
A portrait session, a product campaign and a film scene need different lighting. Start with your references, camera system, subject size and backgrounds so your equipment request supports the shots you actually need.
Your package is agreed in a tailored quote. Confirm the studio period, fixture models, quantities, modifiers, stands and any separately arranged support before booking.

Three parts of
a useful lighting request.

Flash photography
Plan heads, matching modifiers and a camera-compatible trigger for fashion, portraits or product photography. The catalogue lists Profoto D2 and Broncolor Siros options; confirm availability for your dates.

Film & continuous lighting
Discuss brightness, colour control, diffusion and your camera settings with your crew. Explore the listed Aputure and Astera fixtures, then agree the models and quantities in the quote.

Modifiers & grip
Build the light beyond the fixture. Specify softboxes, umbrellas, diffusion, flags, stands and support, checking mounts, sizes and safe positioning with your operator.
Lighting photos illustrate equipment types. Use the Cineview catalogue to confirm the exact models, accessories and availability.
Your kit. Our kit.
An agreed combination.
| Hire approach | What to discuss |
|---|---|
| Bring your own kit | Book the space and bring your own camera, lights and crew at no extra bring-your-own charge. Check power, loading and rigging requirements. |
| Studio + selected lighting | Request studio hire with a specific equipment list. Agree models, quantities, accessories and equipment charges in the quote. |
| Additional support | Ask about separately available setup or production support. Confirm the role, hours, responsibilities and cost before the shoot. |
Allow time
to make the light work.
Include unloading, rigging, lighting tests and pack-down in your working period. If a complex setup needs a pre-light session, ask about a separate preparation period and confirm access and staffing in advance.
For repeat content, several scenes or a campaign over multiple days, discuss the schedule and any set or equipment storage needs before confirming the dates.

From your references
to an agreed quote.
The shoot
Share the project type, preferred dates, working hours, crew numbers and backgrounds. Include reference images or a lighting plan if you have one.
The equipment
List fixture models and quantities, modifiers, stands, camera system and triggers. Tell us who will operate the equipment and what you are bringing.
The practical details
Flag power, overhead rigging, large sets, vehicles or special effects. Agree the studio finish, setup time, access and restoration requirements.
Full payment is required to secure the booking. The quote and booking terms confirm your studio hire, equipment and any agreed support.
Studio & lighting packages.
Your questions answered.
Are these fixed-price lighting bundles?
Packages are tailored to the studio period and equipment you request. Ask for a quote and confirm the included fixtures, accessories, quantities and any separate support before booking.
Is all studio lighting automatically included?
Check the facilities and lighting arrangement for your chosen booking. Additional hired fixtures, modifiers, grip and support must be specified and confirmed in your quote.
Can I bring my own camera and lighting?
Yes. There is no extra bring-your-own charge. Share your power, loading and rigging requirements, and make sure your team can operate the equipment safely.
Cineview also has over 400 items of equipment in house. Hiring suitable kit from the studio can save time and transport costs. Explore our equipment list and contact us with your equipment requirements to confirm availability and prices.
Are dogs and children welcome?
Yes. Dogs and children are welcome, and Cineview is a dog-friendly studio. Please contact us before bringing dogs so we can discuss the practical arrangements for your booking.
Do clients need insurance?
Client insurance is not required unless the work involves fire or water. Contact us before booking any fire or water activity to discuss the necessary cover and practical arrangements.
Do we need to send shot lists or call sheets?
No. Shot lists and call sheets are optional; you do not need to send them before shoot day. You are welcome to share them if they will help the studio team support your plans.
Will the studio provide someone to light the shoot?
A photographer, gaffer or camera operator is not automatically included. Discuss separately available support in advance and agree the role, working hours and cost.
Can I mix flash and continuous lighting?
You can discuss a mixed equipment request for stills and motion. Plan camera compatibility, exposure, colour and modifiers with your crew; confirm the required kit and quantities with the studio.
Do you offer student or charity rates?
Student and charity discounts are available for filming and photography. Share your organisation or course, project brief, dates and budget so the applicable studio rate and equipment terms can be confirmed.
