Monthly Content
Days London
Give your content calendar a regular place to work. Plan recurring photography and filming days at Cineview Studios in Greenwich, with a studio hire schedule built around your brand, crew and upcoming campaigns.
Make the calendar.
Make the content.
Product launches, team updates and seasonal campaigns all need new imagery. A recurring studio day lets your team group its photography and video requirements into an organised shoot, instead of preparing a new location for every individual asset.
Monthly content days are tailored studio hire, not a fixed subscription or an all-inclusive production service. Tell us how often you want to return, what you need to shoot and who will attend. Dates, hours, equipment and any requested support are agreed in your quote.
Shoot for the channels
you actually use.

Interviews & brand stories
Prepare short answers, demonstrations and longer interviews together. Confirm framing, sound requirements and whether the finished material needs horizontal, vertical or square crops.

Products & campaign visuals
Group products, colours and angles by lighting setup. Combine still photographs with simple motion clips while the team and products are ready.

A practical content calendar
Start with the messages and launch dates. Build a prioritised shot list with a clear purpose for each asset, and allow time for changes and approvals.
Build a look
you can return to.
The Cineview infinity cove pictured here provides a clean background for products, portraits and campaign work. Explore the studio’s white-cove, blackout and green-screen options, and agree the finish or treatment required for your session.
Record camera positions, lens choices, light placement and colour settings after your first shoot. These notes help your crew recreate the look on a later booking. The studio is approximately 2,000 sq ft, with a 5.8 m ceiling and ground-floor drive-in access for loading.

From next month’s brief
to a useful shoot day.
Before the session
Confirm your priority shots, platform formats, products, talent and brand references. Allocate setup time and decide who can approve material on the day.
During the session
Work through a grouped shot list. Allow time for wardrobe, product preparation, lighting changes and review. Check representative takes before moving on.
Before your next visit
Save continuity photographs and setup notes. Review which content you used, then adjust the next brief for upcoming products, campaigns and audience questions.
A recurring plan.
A clear booking.
| Your requirement | What to discuss |
|---|---|
| Frequency | One day each month, occasional batch shoots or several dates around a launch. Share preferred dates and alternatives; availability must be confirmed. |
| Studio time | Load-in, preparation, photography, filming, resets and load-out. Choose the hire period that fits the full schedule. |
| Equipment & crew | List requested lighting and grip, your own equipment and the crew you will bring. Photography, filming and editing services are not automatically included. |
| Between sessions | Confirm any storage, set retention or repeated studio treatment separately. These are subject to prior agreement and availability. |
Request a written quote for your proposed series of dates. Recurring hire does not automatically reserve future months or include a discount. Confirm the applicable payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms before booking. Full payment is required to secure a booking.
Give your production team
the right material.

Discuss deliverable formats with your photographer or editor before the shoot. Leave suitable space in the composition for captions and crops, capture clean takes and keep filenames organised by product or scene.
Editing, retouching, finished assets and social publishing are your production team’s responsibility unless separately agreed. Studio hire gives you the working space; the content plan and creative execution remain with your team.
Bring your own equipment without an extra bring-your-own charge, or request available studio equipment in advance. If you need additional preparation time, discuss a separate pre-light period.
Plan around
your next campaign.
Recurring content days can suit clothing and beauty brands, e-commerce teams, agencies, independent creators and organisations preparing regular updates. Share your creative references and budget so the hire plan reflects your actual production needs.
Student and charity discounts are available for photography and filming. Tell us about your course or organisation when requesting a quote. Film schools, colleges and universities can also discuss longer-term hire for creative courses and student projects.
Your questions.
A clearer plan.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes. You can bring your own equipment at no extra bringing-kit charge. Cineview also has over 400 items of equipment in house. Hiring suitable kit from the studio can save time and transport costs. Explore our equipment list and contact us with your equipment requirements to confirm availability and prices.
Are dogs and children welcome?
Yes. Dogs and children are welcome, and Cineview is a dog-friendly studio. Please contact us before bringing dogs so we can discuss the practical arrangements for your booking.
Do clients need insurance?
Client insurance is not required unless the work involves fire or water. Contact us before booking any fire or water activity to discuss the necessary cover and practical arrangements.
Do we need to send shot lists or call sheets?
No. Shot lists and call sheets are optional; you do not need to send them before shoot day. You are welcome to share them if they will help the studio team support your plans.
Does monthly hire include a content production team?
No. This page covers a tailored studio hire plan. Bring your photographer, filmmaker, talent and creative team, or request separately available support and confirm it in your quote.
Can we book the same day every month?
Share your preferred pattern and alternative dates. Each date must be checked and confirmed; a recurring enquiry does not automatically reserve future sessions.
Can we shoot photos and video on the same day?
Yes, plan both into the agreed hire period. Include the setup changes, sound requirements and review time your crew needs.
Can we leave products or sets in the studio?
Storage and set retention are not automatically included. Discuss the items, dates and any applicable charges in advance; availability and the studio’s other bookings affect what can be agreed.
Are monthly rates fixed?
Rates depend on the hire periods, dates, equipment and any separately requested support. Ask for a quote for your proposed schedule, including the payment and rescheduling terms.
What should we send for a quote?
Include your preferred dates, frequency, hours, crew numbers, shoot type, equipment requests, creative references and budget. A prioritised shot list helps the studio understand the working time you need.
