Brand Launch
Studio Hire London
Make the first impression a considered one. Bring your brand, products and creative team to Cineview Studios in Greenwich for launch photography, campaign films and social content planned around the same brief.
One brand launch.
A useful set of assets.
A new product, collection or brand identity needs more than a single image. Plan the hero photograph, product details, people, demonstrations and short clips your launch will use, then organise the shoot around shared colours, styling and lighting.
Brand launch packages are tailored studio hire for creating content. Share your production brief and request the studio time, preparation period and equipment you need. Photographers, filmmakers, models, styling and editing are arranged by your team unless separately agreed.
Let the details
carry the message.
Bring camera-ready products and packaging, including spare samples. Check labels, reflections, colour variations and surfaces before the shoot. Decide which details need close-ups and which products should appear together.
For a beauty launch, plan textures, packaging, hands and use demonstrations. For food or drink, allow preparation and replacement time. Clothing collections benefit from a wardrobe list, consistent views and time to record fit and movement.

Plan your brand launch content.
Stills. Motion. People.

Campaign photography
Agree the visual references, crop requirements and priority hero images. Group shots that share a background and lighting setup to keep the day organised.

People & brand personality
Book suitable talent and decide how they will interact with the product. Leave time for wardrobe, hair and makeup, rehearsal and client review.

Product films & cutdowns
Prepare a sequence of actions and details for the filmmaker. Include clean views, demonstrations and frames that can be adapted for the intended channels.
A studio space
for your brand launch.

The white infinity cove pictured here is at Cineview Studios. Explore a clean cove setup, controlled blackout lighting or a designed set that reflects your campaign. Discuss any coloured cove finish and the preparation time required in advance.
The studio offers approximately 2,000 sq ft, a 5.8 m ceiling and ground-floor drive-in access. Check the floor plan against the size of your products, set, crew and camera moves. Green room, hair and makeup, changing and kitchen facilities help your team prepare.
Give the shoot
the preparation it needs.
| Stage | What to arrange |
|---|---|
| Creative brief | Audience, launch message, product priorities, brand colours, visual references and intended channels. Identify the person who approves the work. |
| Pre-production | Sample delivery, talent, wardrobe, styling, set construction and the crew’s lighting and camera plan. Check what must happen before the main shoot. |
| Studio day | Load-in, setup, photography, filming, reviews, changes and load-out. Prioritise the essential assets and allow realistic reset time. |
| After the shoot | Your team’s edit, retouching, approvals and delivery schedule. Leave enough time before the intended launch date. |
A pre-light session can give your crew time to test a demanding setup. A multi-day booking may be appropriate for a larger collection or several sets. Discuss dates and access periods together; equipment, construction support and any storage are separately confirmed.
Tell us what
you are launching.
The project
Include your product or collection, the shots you need, creative references, crew numbers and any special set or handling requirements.
The schedule
Share the launch deadline, preferred shoot dates, setup and strike periods, talent availability and alternative dates where possible.
The requirements
List requested lighting and grip, your own kit, power needs and any separately requested support. Give a budget so the hire plan can be scoped clearly.
Bring your own equipment without an extra bring-your-own charge, or request available in-house kit in advance. Your written quote should identify the agreed hire periods and any additional items. Full payment is required to secure the booking.
Keep the next
content day in view.
Record the lighting, camera settings, backgrounds and product styling used for your launch. These references help your crew maintain a consistent look when the collection grows or the next campaign arrives.
If your team needs regular follow-up content, discuss monthly content days or a series of studio dates. Student and charity discounts are available for photography and filming; tell us about your course or organisation when requesting a quote.
