Not every production needs a fixed shoot day. If your photographer, filmmaker, talent and client can work across several dates, tell us your preferred window. We can check the studio diary and discuss suitable available sessions.
Off-peak studio hire is arranged around actual availability. There is no automatic discount or fixed off-peak timetable advertised here. Ask for the dates and rates available for your project; your confirmed quote sets out the booking hours and any separately requested equipment or support.

Availability depends on the studio diary and your required hours. Send several suitable dates and ask which sessions and rates are available. A particular weekday or time is not automatically classed as off-peak.
Is there a guaranteed off-peak discount?
No fixed discount is promised on this page. Request a tailored quote for the available session, equipment and any extra support, then confirm the total before booking.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes. You can bring your own equipment. We also have over 400 items in house; hiring suitable equipment here can save preparation time and transport costs. Contact us with your requirements to discuss availability and prices.
Do we have to provide a shot list or call sheet?
No. Shot lists and call sheets are optional. You can share them if useful, but they are not required before your shoot day.
Are children and dogs allowed?
Yes. Children are welcome and Cineview is a dog-friendly studio. Please contact us before bringing dogs so we can discuss the shoot and practical arrangements.
Do clients need insurance?
Client insurance is not required unless the work involves fire or water. Discuss any fire or water work with the studio in advance and confirm the insurance and working arrangements before booking.
Are student and charity discounts available?
Yes. Discounts are available for student and charity organisation photography and filming. Tell us about your course or organisation, project and dates so we can discuss the applicable rate.
How do we secure a booking?
