Valentine’s Day Campaign
Studio Hire London
Create a considered story around your collection. Plan Valentine’s Day campaign studio hire at Cineview Studios in Greenwich, London, for gift photography, jewellery content and short brand films with your creative team.
START WITH YOUR BRAND
A seasonal moment.
A story that feels like you.
A Valentine’s Day campaign can focus on a thoughtful gift, a shared experience or a little everyday appreciation. Choose the idea that fits your brand and audience, then build the photographs and films around it. Your collection should remain recognisable within the seasonal styling.
Use Cineview as the production space for your photographer, filmmaker, stylists and talent. Bring your own products and props, or discuss equipment and studio support as agreed extras. Hire does not automatically include a dressed Valentine’s set, decorations, models, photography or post-production.
SMALL DETAILS. CLEAR PRODUCT VIEWS.
Give the gift
room to stand out.
Plan the product views a customer needs alongside your main campaign photograph. Show the gift, packaging, materials and useful details clearly. Check ribbons, labels, reflective surfaces and marks on samples before the first take so styling supports the product rather than obscuring it.
For jewellery and accessories, allow time for close-ups, careful positioning and lighting tests. Bring clean samples and the boxes or presentation materials you want photographed. A pale background, a coloured cove or a smaller styled surface can each tell a different story; confirm the preparation with the studio before booking.

STILLS AND MOTION
Build a useful Valentine’s
campaign content set.

Hands, packaging and reveals.
Capture the moment of giving and the details around it. Plan wrapping, opening and product interactions with enough spare materials to reset between takes. Include a clean product view for shoppers alongside the campaign treatment.

People and expression.
Work with your chosen talent on reactions, portraits and short scenes. Discuss wardrobe, hair and makeup, model releases and usage with your production team. Allow time for tests and changes so the performance feels natural.

Styled campaign compositions.
Use colour, flowers and packaging to create a coherent visual direction. Bring layouts for text and logos, and check both portrait and landscape framing. Confirm any flowers, props or scenery with the people supplying them.

PLAN THE DELIVERABLES
A clear image.
Space for the message.
Website and gift-guide images.
Bring the intended page layouts and planned crops. Leave suitable space around the subject for headlines and product information, and check that the gift remains clear on a smaller screen.
Short product films.
Plan a beginning, product action and ending. Capture clean footage without offer text so your editor can create the approved versions. Include time for resets and separate camera positions.
Social and talent content.
Agree the portrait and landscape versions your campaign needs. Capture useful cutaways, details and alternative expressions while the setup is ready, with framing that suits each delivery.
THE STUDIO BEHIND YOUR IDEA
Choose the background.
Make the preparation count.
Cineview provides approximately 2,000 sq ft in Greenwich, with infinity cove, blackout and green-screen options, ground-floor loading and crew preparation facilities. Plan the working space around your products, camera positions and crew. Arrange a viewing if you want to check the layout before confirming your Valentine’s Day campaign studio booking.
Bring your own equipment at no extra bringing-kit charge. You can also choose from over 400 pieces of in-house equipment, subject to availability and a separate quote. Using suitable studio kit can reduce transport and setup logistics. Confirm lights, modifiers, grip, backgrounds and any additional support before the shoot.
A pink or red background can be part of a Valentine’s concept, but cove painting and custom set work require agreement in advance. Discuss the exact colour, dimensions, materials and time for preparation. Decorations, flowers and props are supplied by your team unless specifically included in the written quote.
WORK BACK FROM LAUNCH
Plan the shoot.
Leave time for approvals.
Your Valentine’s campaign may need to be ready before 14 February. Work backwards from your launch, allowing time for photography, filming, retouching, edits and approvals. Tell the studio your preferred dates and alternatives so the team can check availability and quote the agreed hire period.
| Plan | What to prepare |
|---|---|
| Your collection | Finished samples, gift bundles, packaging, colours, labels and any spare products for repeated takes. |
| Your creative | Backgrounds, styling references, campaign layouts, intended crops and the people or props needed. |
| Your team | Photographer, filmmaker, styling, talent and any agreed studio equipment or additional support. |
| Your schedule | Load-in, tests, setup changes, photography, filming, breaks and pack-down within the booked hours. |
Shot lists and call sheets are optional; send them if they help explain your plans. For a more involved set or several product ranges, discuss pre-light or consecutive-day hire. Storage, set retention and access between days need prior agreement. Full payment secures the agreed booking.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Valentine’s Day campaign studio hire.
Your questions answered.
Is there a ready-made Valentine’s set?
Studio hire is arranged around your brief. A dressed set, flowers, decorations, props and coloured cove are not automatically included. Discuss the look you want and confirm preparation and extras in your written quote.
Can we photograph products and film in one booking?
Yes, when the schedule allows. Include time for lighting and camera changes, talent, product resets and pack-down. Tell the team about both stills and motion when enquiring.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes. Bring your own equipment at no extra bringing-kit charge. Cineview also has over 400 pieces of in-house kit available to discuss and hire separately. Using suitable studio equipment can help save transport time and costs.
Are dogs and children welcome?
Yes. Dogs and children are allowed, and Cineview is a dog-friendly studio. Contact the team before bringing a dog so your visit and production arrangements can be discussed.
Do clients need insurance?
Client insurance is not required unless your work involves fire or water. Contact the studio in advance about either activity so suitable arrangements can be agreed.
Are shot lists and call sheets required?
No. They are optional and do not need to be sent before shoot day. Share them if you would find that helpful, and discuss any unusual set, loading, fire or water requirements in advance.
Do student and charity discounts apply?
Discounts are available for student and charity photography and filming. Tell the team about your project when enquiring. Colleges, universities and film schools can also discuss special rates and longer-term studio arrangements.
How do we book?
Send your preferred dates, hours, crew size and campaign plans using the enquiry form. The team will check availability and quote the space and agreed extras. Full payment is required to secure the booking.
