DJI Power Auro 2000 Elite adds integrated charging for location power

DJI announced the Power Auro 2000 Elite on 28 October 2026, bringing integrated vehicle and solar charging to a 2kWh portable power station. The launch covers continental Europe; UK pricing and a UK release date remain unconfirmed.
Power planning for location crews
DJI specifies up to 2000W output, a 140W retractable USB-C cable and two SDC ports. At approximately 19kg, it is better considered transportable production support than a lightweight camera accessory. DJI says it is 24% smaller by volume than Power 2000.
With the appropriate DJI fast-charge cable, the SDC connection supports compatible drone batteries at up to 240W. These are manufacturer figures, not our test results; actual charging performance varies.

For shoots moving between a studio and an outdoor location, list each light, monitor and charger’s input requirements before selecting battery power. Cineview’s studio lighting and grip equipment list can help with planning the studio portion. This news report does not indicate that Cineview stocks the power station.
Release and buying information
DJI quotes €1,099 and continental-European availability from 28 October through its official store and authorised retailers. Select the relevant country and confirm local stock before ordering. We have not verified a UK buying or preorder listing. Expansion to 12kWh is advertised using a new battery that DJI says will launch later; its release date is unconfirmed.
