Fujifilm instax mini Evo 2 adds a touchscreen and pre-shot video

Fujifilm’s instax mini Evo 2 brings a larger touchscreen and short video capture to its hybrid instant-camera range. Announced in Europe on 27 October 2026, it is due in the UK from 27 November.
A digital preview before the print
The new 4.5-inch touchscreen supports composition, settings and image selection. Expanded View shows more of the surrounding scene alongside an on-screen framing guide, while ten lens effects and ten film effects provide 100 combinations.
Immersive Movie records the four seconds leading up to a photo. A separately purchased microSD card is required for this feature; it cannot record movies to internal memory. These short clips are a creative extra rather than a replacement for a dedicated production camera.

Selected digital photographs can be printed on instax mini film, and the companion app supports smartphone printing and remote shooting. Film is sold separately.
For a portrait or editorial day, a small printed keepsake could complement the main shoot. Cineview’s photography studio and preparation facilities provide space for the production; this report does not indicate that we stock this camera.
UK release and preorder
Fujifilm’s official UK page lists availability from 27 November 2026. London Camera Exchange lists preorders at £229, with stock expected from that date. This is a preorder, not confirmed immediate availability; check delivery before ordering.
